The property management industry licensing regime is now fully implemented and the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) has started executing the CPD Scheme on mandatory basis by stages. In order to enhance property management practitioners' anti-corruption law knowledge and to strengthen their awareness on the common corruption prone areas in the industry, the ICAC is going to organise the following webinar through the "BEDC Channel". The objective of the Awards is to enhance the competency and integrity of financial planners and wealth management practitioners. The Awards recognise individuals who excel in the financial planning and wealth management profession. We encourage the participation of financial planning practitioners in the banking and financial services sectors in the Awards.

Serving as a supporting organisation of the Quality Property and Facility Management Award 2024 (QPFMA), HKBEDC encourages organisations to participate in the Award.
Jointly organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors Property and Facility Management Division (HKIS-PFMD) and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC), QPFMA is a biennial award designed to recognise outstanding projects and practitioners in property and facility management and advance the industry standard of professionalism. With the theme "Professional PFM Services Establishing a Wellness Harmony Community", QPFMA 2024 aims to recognise and promote organisations and practitioners demonstrating excellence and outstanding achievements in enhancing occupant experience and well-being while embracing harmony and sustainability. Submission of nomination is now open until 3 May 2024. Details are available on the event's website.

The seminar 'Signs of a Shifting Whistleblowing Landscape in the Workplace' organised by The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) will be held on 7 March 2024.
