The property management industry licensing regime is now fully implemented and the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) has started executing the CPD Scheme on mandatory basis by stages.  In order to enhance property management practitioners' anti-corruption law knowledge and to strengthen their awareness on the common corruption prone areas in the industry, the ICAC is going to organise the following webinar through the "BEDC Channel".  Details as follows:

Many workers in the private sector may have come across certain trade practices or myths. For example: "Accepting an advantage under $500 is totally fine" or "I must offer rebate for any business referral" etc. Are these statements accurate? What consequences may arise if a staff member of a company blindly follow these statements or trade practices?

 

To help frontline practitioners in the private sector dispel common corruption myths and understand the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre will organise an online integrity training workshop through the "BEDC Channel" . Business organisations are welcome to encourage their frontline staff to participate in the course. Details of the webinar are as follows:

With an aim to enhance the integrity of construction practitioners and their understanding of anti-corruption laws, the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (HKBEDC) will organise four online integrity training workshops for site supervisory staff of consultants/contractors through the "BEDC Channel".
