About ICMS
Guided by our country’s “High-level Principles on Belt and Road Integrity Building”, the ICAC and the Institute for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Tsinghua University have completed joint research to develop the Integrity Compliance Management System (ICMS) — a comprehensive, practical and sustainable integrity management framework applicable to all companies, with listed companies as the first target group.
Objectives of ICMS:
Uplifting companies’ corporate integrity and governance, and thus enhancing their business value and empowering them to “go global”;
Supporting the private sector in co-building a clean business environment; and
Reinforcing Hong Kong’s position as one of the leading international financial centres.
To encourage and facilitate adoption, the ICAC will launch two key initiatives:
“ICMS Certification Scheme” : enables interested companies to become “ICMS Adopters” upon successful implementation of the 15 ICMS requirements; and
“ICMS Professional Certification Course” : cultivates the next generation of integrity leaders.
