ICAC is one of the pioneering government agencies in the region, dedicated to advancing corruption prevention services and promoting business ethics across Hong Kong’s private sector. For decades, the ICAC has strengthened corporate governance, fostered integrity cultures, and enhanced corruption prevention capacity, delivered through its long-standing Corruption Prevention Advisory Service (CPAS) (est. 1985) and the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (HKBEDC) (est. 1995). Its practical, results-driven approach has earned widespread recognition from businesses, industry partners, and regulators.
Building on this legacy, the Private Sector Integrity Centre now unifies these efforts into a single, dynamic platform, scaling ethical transformation through strategic public-private partnerships and targeted, risk-based integrity solutions. It continues to empower private organisations to turn compliance into culture, and integrity into competitive advantage.
